Shipping Policy

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed Fri evening–Sun are processed the next business day.

Transit time

  • After processing, average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (tracking may activate within 24–48h).

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on all orders. No minimum.

Order & checkout

  • Add your items to cart → Checkout → enter shipping details → choose payment methodPlace order.

  • All payment options are processed in a secure (SSL) environment.

Consolidated shipping

  • To keep prices fair and reduce our footprint, we consolidate parcels and ship once a minimum batch is reached.

Address changes

  • Enter your address carefully. If you need a change, contact us ASAP before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes aren’t guaranteed.

Split shipments

  • Items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel when applicable.

Delays

  • Minor delays can occur during holidays, high-volume periods, weather events, or customs checks. Thanks for your patience.

Lost/Damaged parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t updated for several days, contact us with your order number + tracking link so we can assist.

Customs & duties (if applicable)

  • Depending on your destination, local import VAT/clearance fees may be collected by the carrier/postal service. These costs (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
